Restorative Yoga
(Restorative) Yoga promotes a relaxation response, reducing stress and tension in our bodies and has the potential to ease common ailments such as headaches, backaches, anxiety, and insomnia, among others, through the use of supported poses and relaxation techniques.
* 6 people only per class, pre-registration required *
This Restorative Yoga Retreat on Sunday evenings (specific dates below) begins with slow, gentle movement to warm and prepare your self. We then move into restorative poses, which are held for longer periods of time with the support of props (such as blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps) so that you are supported in your pose comfortably, deepening relaxation and furthering the healing potential of your practice.

Jacquelyn was knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive with the group. Her positive energy and intuitive guidance helped me in creating a meaningful Mala for myself.
I ordered an additional Mala kit from Jacquelyn after the workshop and she was very kind in helping me customize what I was trying to create. When I received the order I found a free blessing from her.
Your workshop was awesome. You were so patient and nonjudgmental throughout the whole process! I love how you took us through the meaning of the mala, mantras, and stones. I really enjoyed that you taught us how to bring this practice home.
