THURSDAY, October 17th from 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Create your own one of a kind mala for your self or as a thoughtful homemade gift. A mala is a strand of 108 beads plus a “guru” bead traditionally used for meditation and prayer. Mala beads have also been worn for thousands of years for their spiritual and healing qualities.

During this workshop, you will learn the structure and use of a 108 bead mala, and be led through a japa meditation of ancient roots. Using a combination of rudraksha and gemstone beads, you will then design and create your own mala, an empowering tool to assist you on the journey of manifesting the life you envision, supporting your meditation practice and offering a tool for a restless mind.

Ceremony will be lead by Jacquelyn Rose, RYT-500. She is a passionate Yoga & Meditation teacher that loves creating and inspiring others to try new things as well.

*All materials included, choice of Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Onyx, or Rose Quartz

  • $40 in advance
  • $50 at the door (choice of gemstone not guaranteed)

I had such a good time at Jacquelyn Rose’s Mala making workshop. It was a great way to combine spiritual practice with creativity and fun with your friends. I loved that I had a choice of stone and that she taught us how to complete it at home. This practice was very meditative and reminded me of my power to create. Nicky A.
