*Relax & Renew Series* (Restorative) Yoga

(Restorative) Yoga promotes a relaxation response, reducing stress and tension in our bodies and has the potential to ease common ailments such as headaches, backaches, anxiety, and insomnia, among others, through the use of supported poses and relaxing breathing techniques.
$25 per person
* 6 people only per class, pre-registration required *
This 90 minute Restorative Yoga Retreat on Sunday evenings (specific dates below) begins with slow, gentle movement to warm and prepare your self. We then move into restorative poses, which are held for longer periods of time with the support of props (such as blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps) so that you are supported in your pose comfortably, deepening relaxation and furthering the healing potential of your practice.

After a long, stressful day, Jacki’s yoga classes are a great way to check in with my physical and emotional health. She is knowledgeable and always willing to modify practice to individual’s needs.
Great clean new space! There’s an awesome, zen vibe to the whole studio. The studio is up the stairs and you can smell the yoga studio oils once you take a few steps in the doorway. I’m not very flexible but Jacquelyn was able to use the props to get me into the proper alignment, so I was able to get the stretch that was intended from each posture.
I had such a good time at Jacquelyn Rose’s Mala making workshop. It was a great way to combine spiritual practice with creativity and fun with your friends. I loved that I had a choice of stone and that she taught us how to complete it at home. This practice was very meditative and reminded me of my power to create.
Jacki is an authentic Yoga teacher. Under her guidance, the student will practice Asana, Meditation, and Pranayama, while being led through an intelligent sequence of Vinyasa or Hatha influenced movements.
She holds teacher’s space and leads the student to connect with their consciousness and inner wisdom. I always look forward to taking Jacki’s Yoga classes!
This mala workshop with Jacquelyn Rose is awesome! Jacquelyn takes you through the meaning of the mala, mantras used during meditation, and patiently guides everyone in the creation of your own personal meditation mala. ❤️
