All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the purchase of a package, without exception.
All packages, including Group and Private Yoga sessions, have expiration dates. It is YOUR responsibility to use your packages before they expire. The
studio functions and is able to continue to support students’ well-being from the payments it receives and expiration dates will be enforced, without exception.
Group Classes: All reservations must be cancelled at least 30 minutes prior to class start time. Any no shows for class or reservations that are cancelled within 30 minutes of class start time, will be charged as if you had attended class. Please note that class size is specifically limited for the benefit of students’ growth and well-being, therefore late cancellations or not showing up for reservations does not allow space for other students to attend class.
Private Sessions: Sessions must be canceled 7 days prior to the session via email sent to [email protected] (if you do not receive a response, that means your email was not received and it is your responsibility to then email again or call 201.383.5830). It is your responsibility to show up for your practice, to honor your self as well as the studio’s resources. Any session canceled in less than 7 days will be deducted from your session package.
